Making the decision to begin therapy is an important step toward living the life you want. I am dedicated to helping the people I work with experience healthier and more satisfying relationships and activities. In my work with individuals, young adults, and new parents, I help people to make meaning of and transform confusing, distressing, and overwhelming parts of their lives, including self-destructive behaviors, relationship struggles, and significant life transitions. Through the process of therapy, patients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and greater freedom in their lives.
